LUXIUM Spanning 12,000 sq. ft. this workspace for an Aerospace company, designed in collaboration with Isiri Architects brings together functionality, sophistication and a strong sense of identity. The layout has been thoughtfully planned to accommodate a dynamic mix of private and collaborative zones, including executive cabins, workstations, conference rooms and dedicated meeting spaces.
The workplace features a blend of collaborative and focus-driven environments. Employees can transition effortlessly between open workstations, pods designed for private conversations and calls and a vibrant collaborative zone that encourages brainstorming, informal discussions, reading and moments of pause.
At the heart of the office also lies a 50-seater training room, designed as a focal point for learning and engagement. Complete with a raised platform and a presentation podium, the space enables seamless interaction between executives and trainees, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous development.
Materiality plays a key role in shaping the character of the space. A refined palette of veneer wallpapers, premium cabin finishes, laminated wall textures and fluted panels creates a minimal yet elegant aesthetic. Overhead, a carefully curated ceiling design – featuring baffles, vox ceilings, acrylic boxes and PET panels that adds depth and visual interest while enhancing acoustics.
Comfort and usability have been thoughtfully integrated through soft furnishings such as leatherrite and fabric sofas, while the pantry is designed to support daily refreshment needs. Given the strong eastern light, blinds have been introduced to create a balanced interplay of light and shadow, enhancing both comfort and ambiance.
Biophilic elements further elevate the workspace, with indoor plants in wooden planters and cascading creepers in the collaborative area bringing in a sense of calm and connection to nature.
The result is a spacious, ergonomic and aesthetically refined environment crafted to inspire, energize and support the team who use it every day.
