TMB We designed and delivered this Global NRI Branch as a premium, NRI customer-centric banking space within a fast-tracked 30-day timeline. The layout is thoughtfully planned to balance openness with functionality, featuring a central banking hall, dedicated discussion areas and clearly zoned operational spaces – from the reception and customer interaction zones to back-end areas like records, cash and secure rooms.

The interiors are elevated through premium finishes, with the brand’s colours seamlessly translated into textures and materiality —creating a cohesive yet sophisticated identity. The project scope also included complete electrical planning and execution, ensuring optimal lighting, power distribution and seamless integration with the overall design resulting in a modern, polished and performance-driven banking environment.

Scope of Work:

• Space Planning & Zoning: Designing a highly efficient branch layout with a central banking hall, customer interaction zones, and clearly defined back-end areas to ensure smooth circulation and operational flow.
• Interior Design & Finishes: Developing a premium interior language by integrating brand colors through curated materials, textures and finishes to create a cohesive and elevated banking environment.
• Customer Experience Areas: Designing the banking hall, discussion zones and waiting areas to enhance comfort, privacy and engagement while maintaining visual openness.
• Back-End & Secure Areas: Planning and executing functional spaces including the records room, cash area, safe room and tele calling workstations with a focus on security, accessibility and efficiency.

Custom Furniture & Fixtures:
Designing and fabricating bespoke furniture including workstations, storage units, counters and seating tailored to the branch’s operational needs.

Electrical & Lighting Systems:
End-to-end electrical planning and execution, including ambient and task lighting, power distribution and data integration to support seamless day-to-day operations.

IT & Services Coordination:
Coordinating infrastructure requirements for IT racks, UPS systems and essential services to ensure uninterrupted functionality and future scalability.

Execution & Project Management:
Complete on-site execution, coordination and quality control, delivering a fully operational branch within a 30-day timeline.
